Thank you Meg Burner from the Reno News & Review for the great article on the Reno Writers’ Collective and 720 Tahoe Street. Read the article»»

720 Tahoe Street is located between South Downtown, Midtown and Old Southwest Reno. The building itself was renovated and designed by John Jesse, co-founder of Cochon Volant, Deux Gros Nez and founder of Pneumatic Diner, and opened in September 1998.

By putting a community’s best interests first, we’re creating a work environment emphasizing openness, collaboration, community, sustainability and accessibility.

720 is not (only) about desks and space. The desks and space are channels for being a more effective worker, collaborator and a more active contributor to the community.

720 isn’t just for technology folk. At present, It’s a diverse space housing offices for engineers, developers, marketers, social entrepreneurs, counselors, a sexologist, photographers, artist studios, land conservationists and environmentalists, a yoga center, authors, designers, and a dedicated art gallery. The common thread is this: we all know that we’re happier and more productive together than alone.

As the 720 Tahoe Street community continues to grow, it expands past the walls of its collaborative space. The community’s collective energy is involved in producing and collaborating on events, products, fundraisers and inspiration.

We encourage you to come experience 720 Tahoe Street yourself, which remains the best way to understand what we’re really about. The more you are willing to give to this community, the more you will get back in return.

Welcome to 720 Tahoe Street.
An Art, Collaboration and Conscience community in Reno, NV.
